How to place my order?
Do I need to login to place an order on your site?
No, it is not necessary but allows you to see your order history, previous orders, save wishlist items and special offers to list a few.
If you want, you can skip the login.
How long will my order take to receive?
Once we have received the payment, we will try to process and dispatch your order on the same day itself. If not on the same day, we will try our best to dispatch on the following day. Further, If any more delay (a rare event) happens, you will be updated immediately.
The expected delivery time is 2 – 7 working day ( exception of some regional areas ). Majority of our customers receive their products through express delivery.
Please note that there might come some unforeseen circumstances where you may face a slight delay in receiving of your order. But we assure you that we always make our best effort to dispatch your order as early as possible.
What are your opening hours?
Our online store remains open 24/7. You can place your order anytime as per your convenience.

Simple : Click the “Password Reset”. It will then ask you to enter your registered email id. At this Id you will be receiving a link which allows you to reset the password.
Is there a minimum order?
- No, there is no minimum order
- We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 on all orders across Australia.. However in circumstances when the quantity ordered is large, depending upon the package weight and location there can be additional charges. We will contact you in case such situation occurs and you fall in extra postage bracket.
Can I place an order over the phone and give you my credit card details?
For security reasons, we don’t take orders containing credit card information over the phone. But you can avail other safe options for making an order with us.
